Chapter 2:   Cultivating Accountability and Identifying Areas for Growth in Digital Behavior

Understanding the importance of honest self-reflection in identifying digital habits that continue to pose challenges, despite previous intentions to change. Participants are guided to assess their progress and explore areas where they may still feel stuck in their digital detox journey.

Chapter 3:   Practicing Integrity Through Accountability

Exploring the principle of an integrity check as a structured self-reflection tool to evaluate follow-through and alignment with personal and professional commitments. Participants are encouraged to pause and assess whether they are consistently applying the behavior changes they set out to make in the Digital Detox process.

Chapter 4:   Understanding the Integrity Check – A Tool for Ethical Alignment and Personal Accountability

Assess and list essential components defining the integrity check as a self-assessment process that supports both personal development and professional integrity. Participants are guided to engage in reflective practice by examining whether their behaviors are truly aligned with their stated goals and intentions—an essential competency for ethical social work and behavioral health practice.

Chapter 5:   Evaluating Follow-Through: Strengthening Self-Awareness and Integrity

Chapter 8:   Accountability and the Anxiety Generation – Reflecting on Integrity in a Digital Age

Understanding the importance of accountability through the lens of developmental psychologist Jonathan Haidt’s observation about generational mental health. This insight serves as a foundation for deeper reflection on integrity, responsibility, and personal alignment in both digital and real-life spaces.

Access and list the importance of the digital detox journey: sustaining clarity, accountability, and meaningful progress. Participants are guided to reflect on their current state, assess their follow-through, and prepare to make intentional adjustments that align with their goals.
