About Red Lotus Life

We create practical, trauma-aware learning for social workers, behavioral health professionals, and caring community leaders. Our courses blend neuroscience, holistic practice, and simple tools you can use today.

Our Purpose

Red Lotus Life supports the people who support everyone else. Our mission is to equip social workers and supporting professionals with high quality, trauma-informed continuing education that strengthens nervous system regulation and improves outcomes for clients. We also welcome the general public who are ready to live differently and model well-being at home and in the community. Red Lotus Life is an ASWB ACE Provider. CE acceptance varies by state. Please verify with your licensing board.

Our Story

Red Lotus Life began in 2017 as local events that introduced people to restorative modalities outside traditional talk therapy. The response was strong, so we formed an LLC in 2018 and continued serving the community. In 2019 we opened a practice focused on nervous system regulation and trauma-aware tools for survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking. During the pandemic, global need surged and our work expanded online. In 2024 we achieved ASWB ACE Provider approval to offer social work continuing education and have continued to refine our programs for both professionals and the public.
