Creating Safe Spaces for Healing and Growth

Creating Safe Spaces for Healing and Growth

Red Lotus Life began in 2017 as local events that introduced people to restorative modalities outside traditional talk therapy. The response was strong, so we formed an LLC in 2018 and continued serving the community. In 2019 we opened a practice focused on nervous system regulation and trauma-aware tools for survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking. During the pandemic, global need surged and our work expanded online. In 2024 we achieved ASWB ACE Provider approval to offer social work continuing education and have continued to refine our programs for both professionals and the public.

At Red Lotus Life, we bridge evidence-informed, trauma-sensitive education with holistic mind-body practices. Our approach empowers professionals to expand self-awareness, resilience, and authentic leadership in their work and lives.

Red Lotus Life is here to support social workers, behavioral health professionals, and anyone else who is seeking change in expanding their capacity to serve by providing high-quality, trauma-informed continuing education. Our mission is to integrate innovative approaches that bridge neuroscience, holistic practices, and mind-body awareness to equip professionals with practical tools for resilience, empowerment, and transformation. Our goal is to inspire both personal and professional growth, so that practitioners can model integrity, well-being, and authenticity while delivering the highest standard of care to those they serve.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since 1966, when designers at Letraset and James Mosley, the librarian at St Bride Printing Library in London, took a 1914 Cicero translation and scrambled it to make dummy text for Letraset's Body Type sheets. It has survived not only many decades, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised thanks to these sheets and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker and Microsoft Word including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
